Gaming lights that react to what's on your monitor

Your screen changes, your setup changes with it. Mitsuko gaming lights read your monitor output in real time and push matching colour onto the wall behind your desk — no manual colour picking, no static RGB loop. Health bar drops red, the room goes red.

Unlike our TV kits, the monitor range needs no HDMI sync box. Ambit 2 and Gleam GBar2 connect to your PC over USB and run on our desktop software, so setup is a cable and a download.

Choosing gaming lights for your setup

Backlight or light bars?

A backlight strip mounts on the rear of the monitor and throws colour onto the wall behind it — best for a wall-facing desk. Light bars stand on the desk either side of the screen and light the space in front — better if your desk sits in the middle of a room. Ambit 2 and Phantom G1 are backlights; Gleam GBar2 is a pair of bars.

Check your monitor size

Backlight kits come in size variants. Measure the back panel edge to edge, not the screen diagonal, and choose the variant that covers all four sides with a little slack at the corners.

You'll need a free USB port

The monitor range draws power and reads your screen over USB from the PC itself. That means it syncs with everything on screen — games, YouTube, whatever you're playing — with no extra hardware. It also means the lights sync while the PC is running, not from a console or set-top box.

Add wall panels for the rest of the room

Fantasia hexagon and triangle panels mount on the wall behind or beside your desk and sync to the same screen, so the whole room moves together instead of one glowing rectangle.

Console gaming on a TV

If you game on a PS5 or Xbox Series X rather than a PC, you want an HDMI kit instead. Your console plugs into the sync box and the box plugs into the TV, with 4K 120Hz passing through untouched. AmbiMotion 2.1 and 2.1 Pro handle that.
