Refunds:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for purchased products. We kindly request our customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase. However, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise, and we are here to support you in resolving them.

Replacements:
If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or does not meet the specifications outlined at the time of purchase, we are happy to provide a replacement. The following conditions apply to be eligible for a replacement:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories, manuals, and tags. 


- Evidence of the defect or damage (such as photographs) must be provided when raising a replacement request. 


- The request for a replacement must be initiated within the specified time frame of *7 days of delivery*


- *Once approved by us, 14 days will be taken to provide the replacement to the customer.*

Exchange Policy:
We also offer an exchange policy to provide additional flexibility and convenience to our customers.

Eligibility for Exchanges:
Products can be exchanged within *7 days of delivery*, subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 


- Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation, must be provided at the time of requesting an exchange. 


- The product must meet the criteria outlined under our exchange eligibility requirements. 


- *Once approved by us, 14 days will be taken to provide the exchange to the customer.*

Shipping Costs:

- In cases where the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect product delivered), the shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
