@MitsukoIndia Purchased AmbiMotion 2.1 (Order #1173). Product received and installed successfully, but facing a technical issue where the lights switch on automatically without any command. Issue was shared via video and WhatsApp video support, but it remains unresolved. Multiple follow-ups on WhatsApp and calls have gone unanswered. Kindly assist.

Perfect for my setup

These lights are perfect for my setup. I use them with my PS5 and my Apple TV. I get full 120hz support.

@MitsukoIndia Need support for AmbiMotion 2.1 (Order #1173). Lights turn on automatically without any command. Issue already shared with videos and discussed with support. Unfortunately, calls and WhatsApp messages are now going unanswered. Requesting a resolution at the earliest.
