If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on
refunds and returns. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us. Damage to paint or installation surface is not covered under the warranty, exercise care. If you did not purchase items directly from mitsukoindia.com, please contact the place of purchase to begin a return. Mitsuko cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers and will not provide refunds for purchases made from other retailers.  Refund is totally depend on the condition of the product if the condition is perfectly same as the we send then only full refund is consider

Replacement Policy

A replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Return Policy

We offer only exchange and no return within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for exchange of any kind.

Refund Policy

 We offer no refund and only exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
