1.Mitsuko Ambimotion Sync Box supports devices with an HDMI connection. The HDMI device must be plugged into the Ambimotion sync box with an HDMI cable. Smart TV apps and their relatedservices are not supported as their signal doesn’t pass through the Sync box to process via an HDMI cable.
2.Please download “Smart Life” app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Please note that you should allow access requests to your phone’s Bluetooth, GPS and WIFI for the app to function properly as required by the App provider.
3.Please ensure that you are using the 2.4 GHz network Wi-Fi connection (Currently 5G is not supported, we are working on it). Most routers nowadays come with “dual band” WiFi. That means they have both 2.4G and 5G WiFi bands. If you are unsure, we advise searching for “How to tell if I have 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi.
Mitsuko Ambimotion 2.0 Sync box supports HDM 2.0 up to 4K in 60 Hz and while Mitsuko Ambimotion 2.1 supports 4k 120hz, Dolby Vision, and HDR
As required by the app service provider, these accesses are all needed for the app to function properly.
